Individual Therapy for Teens & Adults

We all carry different struggles with us as we navigate the world. You may feel irritable, find yourself second-guessing choices, have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, or feel stuck in a loop since experiencing something difficult. Sometimes you may not even know why you're feeling the way you are. Through therapy, you will examine your experiences to gain insight and learn concrete strategies to help yourself feel calm, safe, and able to challenge negative thoughts.

We will work together using an individualized approach and evidence-based interventions so that you can achieve your goals. By combining increased insight and specific skills, you will feel more confident, calm, and better equipped to notice when you may need to make a change in the moment to help yourself.

     -Reducing anxiety

     -Increasing positive experiences

     -Processing trauma to reduce its impact on

       day-to-day functioning

     -Improving self-esteem

     -Enhancing family relationships

     -Building social skills

     -Coping with depression

     -Adjusting to transitions

     -Increasing motivation

     -Increasing organizational and planning skills

     -Improving boundaries in relationships
